1. What runs on your server

Smart Alt Optimizer Pro is installed on your own WordPress site. Media scans, ALT generation, rule evaluation, orphan detection and reports all execute on your server. We do not upload or mirror your images to our infrastructure.

2. AI providers

If you enable AI ALT generation and provide an API key for a third-party provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint), image data is sent directly from your server to that provider under their terms. Neksio is not an intermediary.

3. License activation

To activate a Pro license, the plugin transmits your license key and site URL to our licensing service to validate the subscription. We store the license key, associated site URL, and activation status. No media content is transmitted for licensing.

4. Website analytics

This marketing site may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure page performance. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

5. Support

When you email support@neksiotool.com we retain the correspondence to resolve your ticket and improve the product. We never publish your data.

6. Data retention

License records are retained for the life of the subscription plus 12 months for tax and audit purposes. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@neksiotool.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The plugin itself does not set cookies on your site visitors. This marketing website uses only essential cookies required for basic session behaviour.
